| 摘 要： | 首先分析了河南省食品冷链物流的发展现状和特点,然后分析了河南省发展食品冷链物流的现实环境;在分析的基础上指出河南省发展两种冷链物流模式的利弊,并提出发展冷链物流时需要注意的几个问题。
