| Abstract: | In this paper,we first introduced the basic content of university logistics and the current status of studies on low-carbon culture,then summarized the three major characteristics of low-carbon development in current stage,and finally proposed how to encourage campus low-carbon culture through management of university logistics as well as the corresponding countermeasures. |
