| 摘 要： | 通过研究快递业的政策法规和行业发展规划,以及快递市场竞争态势,以国际快递巨头FedEx为标杆,基于SWOT分析理论,分析了我国快递业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,据此提出了基于物联网植入的快递业的发展战略,并提出"企业瓶颈环节植入-部分物联网技术的行业植入-整个物联网技术在快递行业全面植入"的实现路径。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the express industry of China and the opportunities and threats it faces,on the basis of which it proposes the development strategy based on the introduction of the internet of things as well as the path of implementation from "introduction of IOT in enterprise bottleneck links" to "introducing IOT into part of the express industry" and finally to "overall introduction of IOT in the entire express industry". |
