| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了EPC模式下设备物资采购管理在海外承包工程过程中的地位和作用;然后在现有设备物资采购内容与流程的基础上,结合海外承包工程的特点,对采购管理提出若干创新点;最后,立足于现实,对海外承包工程采购管理的发展趋势提出展望。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we first introduced the role and function of the equipment and material purchasing management in overseas construction processes under the EPC mode,then,on the basis of the content and process of current equipment and material purchasing and in connection with the characteristics of overseas construction projects,pointed out several issues for the innovation of the management practice,and finally,in view of reality,forecast the outlook of the trend of overseas construction project purchasing management. |
