| 摘 要： | 首先对津冀港口群的竞争现状和各港口竞争优势进行分析;其次提出了实现港口物流战略联盟的框架并构建了利益分配模型;最后从建立协调组织机构、通过资本运作、构建信息平台等方面探讨了津冀港口群实现战略联盟的路径。

| Abstract: | In this paper we first analyzed the current competitive situation of the Jin-ji harbour cluster as well as the competitive advantage of the individual harbour,then proposed the framework for the realization of the harbour logistics strategic alliance and the benefit allocation model,and finally explored the path for the realization of the strategic alliance on the aspects of establishing a coordinating body,capital operation and constructing an information platform,etc. |
