| Abstract: | In this paper we summarized the cases of corporate merger in China by foreign logistics enterprises,studied the problems worthy of attention for the acquiring foreign enterprises,the critical processes of the mergers and the post-merger restructuring,and finally introduced the main reasons affecting the result of the mergers. |
