| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of the characteristics of the logistics industry and its requirement on professional qualification,we summarized the necessary knowledge and quality of the logistics talent and presented countermeasures and suggestions for establishing and improving the talent training system and for making the talent training process more clear-targeted. |
