| 摘 要： | 通过对现代物流人才的需求分析,总结了企业对物流人才能力的要求,建立了物流管理专业学生应用能力框架。在分析"导师组"模式特点的基础上,深入探讨了导师组的构建,提出了基于过渡、实践、就业三大阶段的新型培养方式,为培养物流管理专业应用型人才提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the demand for modern logistics personnel,the paper summarizes the logistics capacities demanded by enterprises and establishes the framework for the applied capacities of logistics management majors.Then on the basis of the characteristics of the mode of tutor group,the paper proposes a new training approach consisting of the stages of transition,practice and employment,offering concrete suggestions for training the logistics management majors into applied personnel. |
