本土物流企业竞争力构成要素及其演化分析——基于供应链型物流企业的分析视角

首先回顾了我国物流企业竞争力发展路径的研究现状,分析物流企业竞争力的三大构成要素(能力、资源和动态机制),并将物流企业发展分成起步期、成长期、成熟期、再生期四个阶段,在此基础上开展问卷调研,对数据进行了统计分析。然后,对供应链型物流企业竞争力的构成要素进行了分析,探讨了企业在不同发展阶段能力、资源和匹配机制的重要性排序,进而提出了物流企业竞争力各个要素在不同阶段的演化模式。最后,以深圳怡亚通物流公司为例进行了案例分析。

Analysis of Elements and Evolution of Competitiveness of Local Logistics Enterprises: Perspective of a Supply-chain Based Logistics Enterprise

The paper first reviews the existing studies on the developmental path of the competitiveness of the Chinese logistics enterprises,analyzes the three major factors in the composition of the competitiveness,namely competence,resources and dynamic mechanism,and then divides the development of the logistics enterprise into the stages of start-up,maturation,maturity and regeneration.Then,it analyzes the three factors,their relative importance and evolving modes in different developmental stages and finally carries out a case study on the logistics enterprise Shenzhen Yiyatong.
