港口供应链评价指标体系研究-基于层次分析法

在借鉴国内外供应链评价和港口供应链集成的关键性指标研究的基础之上,根据层次分析法的原理选择了四项准则16项指标构建了港口供应链评价指标体系,通过对港口供应链节点企业的问卷调查进行实证分析,最终得到各项评价指标的权重与排序,并得出如下主要结论:在四项评价准则中,货物运转能力是最重要的方面,而后依次为客户满意度评价、协调能力和发展潜力;在16项评价指标中,最重要的三项指标分别是服务质量、多式联运能力和货物通关能力。

An AHP Approach for Evaluation Index System of Port Supply Chains

On the basis of studies on supply chain evaluation and key indicators in port supply chain integration at home and abroad,the paper formulats the port supply chain evaluation index system consisting of four standards and sixteen indices according to the principle of AHP,obtains the weight and sequence of each index through an empirical study on nodal enterprises within port supply chains using questionnaire survey and reaches the following conclusions: of the four standards,cargo transportation capacity is the foremost important one,followed in order by customer satisfaction,coordination capacity and development potential;of the sixteen indices,service quality,intermodal capacity and cargo clearance capacity are the most important ones.
