| Abstract: | The paper carries out an equilibrium analysis of the behaviors of the traffic participants fighting for the right of way by formulating a game model and concludes that popular education and traffic penalty can help form road etiquette.Finally some countermeasures for urban traffic congestion are offered from the game perspective. |
