摘    要:食品可追溯体系是一种旨在加强食品安全信息传递,控制食源性疾病危害和保障消费者利益的信息记录体系,目前已成为很多国家管理食品质量安全的重要手段。本文在介绍可追溯体系内涵和在食品供应链中应用现状的基础上,探讨了在我国食品行业实施可追溯体系存在的问题,并提出对策建议。

Abstract:Food traceability system is an information record system which improves the food safety information transfer, controls food born disease and protects the customer interest. And now, it is becoming an important method of managing the food safety and quality in many countries. In the article, the meaning, content, standards and appliance status of food traceability were introduced, and the issue of establishing traceability system in Chinese food industry chain was discussed. In the end, some suggestions of setting up food traceability system in China were brought forward.
