| 摘 要： | 供电企业是电网企业生产经营的基层单位，是电网企业联系人民群众生产生活的窗口，生产经营活动涉及电力建设、城乡规划、土地使用等专业法律和民事法律。供电企业深入开展普法工作，其目标是依法治企。分析了县级供电企业在经营管理中可能存在的法律风险，提出了防范和化解法律风险的对策，指出供电企业依法治企必须实施全面法律风险管理。
