| 摘 要： | 阐述了智能配电网的内涵、特征以及我国智能配电网的发展目标，在此基础上提出了智能配电网的技术框架：完善电网基础设施、构建信息通信技术支撑和发展电网智能应用，并对各个环节的主要技术组成进行了探讨，以期为我国智能配电网的进一步研究及实现提供参考。
