新农村建设的金融支持研究

农业是为人类提供基本生活资料和生存环境的特殊生产部门,又是弱质性、需要特殊保护的产业,通过财政、金融等各种政策对农业进行保护和支持已成为国际惯例。在我国当前新农村建设的进程中,加强金融支持显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文在对农村金融的理论进行简要梳理的基础上,分析当前农村金融存在的问题,对如何加强金融对新农村建设的支持提出建议。

The Study of Financial Support in New Rural Construction

Agriculture is a special production section which provides basic sustenance and living envi- ronment for human being,as well as a weak industry which is in need of special protection.It has become an international practice to protect and support agriculture through fiscal and monetary and other policies. In current process of new rural construction in China,it is particularly important and urgent to strengthen the financial support.On basis of making summary of rural financial theory,this paper analyses the cur- rent problems exists in rural finance,and then gives some suggestions on how to strengthen financial sup- port in new rural construction.
