| 摘 要： | "城镇化"是我国特定社会经济条件、特定体制背景下的产物,自1990年代以来,"城镇化"的背景和环境发生了根本变化,单纯的小城镇发展战略矛盾突出,实现由"城镇化"向"城市化"的战略转变迫在眉睫.实施积极的城市化战略,不仅是城市化的本质要求,也是经济全球化和知识经济时代的要求,更是推动我国社会经济发展的现实要求,是中国城市化道路的必然选择.

| Abstract: | Chinese-characteristic urbanization was the outcome of Chinese special history in 1980s. Since 1990s, the economic, social and institutional backgrounds of Chinese-characteristic urbanization have greatly changed and town development alone has become decreasing. At present, it is inevitable trend that urbanization strategic from Chinese-characteristic urbanization to urbanization in future. The positive urbanization strategic is not only the intrinsic demand of urbanization, economic globalization and knowledge economics, but also is a realistic demand. |
