| 摘 要： | 以金钟花的幼茎和幼叶为材料进行组织培养和诱导再生实验,利用不同培养基进行愈伤组织诱导培养,继代培养,生根培养,形成胚性细胞团,分化形成无毒器官,并应用于实际生产,以达到快速繁殖的目的。

| Abstract: | Using different culture medium,the stem and the leaf of the Forsyihia viridissima were used to induce callus and regenerate plants.Through further inducing,subculture,budding culture and rooting culture,the embryonic cell groups and the nonpoisonous organ was formed.Apply the method into the actual production and make rapid propagation possible. |
