随着我国经济的持续快速增长,物流业作为一个产业在我国获得了较快的发展,并且已成为第三产业中的一个重要部门,然而,由于其面临的商业风险甚多,在一定程度上影响了其进一步发展。为了促进物流业的进一步发展,责任保险作为转移风险的一种机制,与物流业的联姻业已成为物流业发展的一种必然选择。

Discussion on the Logistics and Liability Insurance

With China’s sustained and rapid economic growth, the logistics industry has become a booming industry and has been an important sector in the third industry. However, the various risks it faces have caused some hindrance to its further development. It is suggested in the paper that liability insurance, as a mechanism to transfer risks, should be introduced to logistics industry to promote its further development.
