| 摘 要： | 学分制和弹性学制能使学生的主动性、教育的针对性、管理的灵活性、学制的弹性、学分的融通性、教学的激励性得到了充分的体现和增强。作为学生管理部门应在建章立制、学习宣传、严格教育、强化管理、奖惩分明方面积极配合,促使学分制和弹性学制得以顺利地实施。
