城乡一体化进程的统计监测方法探讨

单指标监测法比较简单,但客观性较差,相比较而言,综合评价法更加科学、合理。但现有的两种城乡一体化综合评价法存在构建指标体系立足点、标准值选择、赋权方法、综合评价模型的不同,造成了评价结论的差异。通过对现有评价方法进行完善,可得出更加合理的结论。

A Discussion on Statistic Monitoring Methods in the Integration of Urban and Rural Development Process

Comprehensive-evaluation method is more scientific and rational than single-index monitoring method. The latter is simple, but it lacks of objectivity. And the two existing methods about the integration of urban and rural development process have some differences in the building of index system, the choice of standard value, methods of allocating weights and comprehensive-evaluation models that make the differences of evaluating conclusion. We can draw more reasonable conclusion through improvement of existing evaluation-methods.
