| 摘 要： | 文章从创新型区域的基本内涵入手,在总结国内外区域创新指标体系的理论与实践研究的基础上,以区域创新理论为依据,从创新投入、创新产出、创新环境、创新文化四个方面构建了江苏省创新指标体系,运用因子分析法,对江苏、上海、浙江、山东、广东五个省市的创新能力进行综合评价,结果显示:江苏排名第三,表明江苏是一个创新大省,要想成为创新强省还需要进一步努力。
