| 摘 要： | 沿江开发战略是加速江苏工业化进程特别是推进新型工业化的重大举措,也是江苏经济持续发展的重要动力源和增长极。要正确处理好开发与环境建设、保护之间的关系,就必须以科学发展观为指导,以政策推动为抓手,转变发展方式,创新发展思路,创新体制环境,提升服务水平,改善资源环境,强化生态保护,为沿江开发提供强有力的支撑。在开发中进一步优化环境,实现沿江开发与环境建设的良性互动。
