| 摘 要： | 当学术界和理论界对企业社会责任的研究和探讨正处于方兴未艾之际,西方社会又兴起了一个新的理念,即社会企业家精神。本文简述了社会企业家精神萌发的经济和社会背景,并对社会企业家精神的范畴和内涵进行了界定,随后介绍了社会企业家精神的最新研究成果和社会企业家精神未来研究的方向和途径。文章最后提出了对中国社会企业家精神学术研究和管理实践的启示。
