| 摘 要： | 我国风险投资在最近20年的时间中取得了很大发展。但是与发达国家的风险投资成繁荣发展之势相比,无论是在市场规模还是在退出机制上,都存在很大的差距。文中结合风险投资的国际发展趋势,提出了我国发展风险投资相应的政策建议。
