摘    要:我国经济型饭店在内外部发展环境上既面临着巨大的机会,也同时面临着巨大的竞争压力,但经济型饭店自身的资源优势却大于劣势。本文结合经济型饭店的内外部运行环境特征,提出了经济型饭店的营销策略。
