中国农民增收问题研究

近些年来 ,中国农民收入普遍增长缓慢 ,严重制约着中国农业和农村经济的发展。本文对中国农民增收缓慢的原因进行了较全面、深入分析和研究 ,并提出了解决问题的相应措施。要真正按农业经济发展规律办事 ,全面系统地解决中国农业和农村经济发展过程中存在的各种问题 ,逐步把中国农业和农村经济引入良性循环的发展轨道 ,促使中国农业和农村经济快速发展、促进农民增收。为中国国民经济发展奠定坚实基础。

Research on the Reasons of Slowly Increasing Pace of Peasants' Income and the Countermeasures of Promoting the Peasants' Income in China

In recent years, Chinese peasants' income increasingly slowly restricts seriously the development of the agriculture and the rural economy. So it's necessary that we analyses and research on the reasons and puts forward the measures of the problem. We should work affairs according to the rule of the rural economy, resolve all the various problems existing in the period of developing the agriculture and rural economy, and gradually introducing them into the virtuous circulation to promote the rapidly development of the agriculture and the rural economy, increasing the peasants' income, and settle the basement for the national economy development.
