论企业诚信及其实现途径

企业诚信的内在本质在于既肯定以诚信赢利的工具性价值,又强调服务他人与社会的目的性价值。企业诚信的缺失不仅有政治体制不完善、法律制度不健全、市场秩序不完备等外部原因,而且与企业经营者对企业诚信内在本质的错误理解有着密切联系。因此,建设企业诚信,必须深入开展政治体制改革,健全现行法律制度,逐步完善社会主义市场经济体制,提高企业经营者和员工对企业诚信的认识,制定完备的企业伦理守则。

On Corporate Integrity and the Way to Realization

The intrinsic nature of corporate integrity lies in not only affirming the instrumental value for profit-seeking in good faith,but also emphasizing the value of purpose serving others and the society.Lack of corporate integrity not only result from such external causes as imperfect political regime,not sound legal system,and incomplete market order,but also is closely associated with the wrong interpretation of the intrinsic nature of the corporate integrity on the part of the business runners.Therefore,it＇s necessary for construction of corporate integrity to carry out a thorough political reform,to improve the existing legal system,to perfect the socialist market economic system gradually,to raise awareness of business runners and employees with the view to corporate integrity,and to develop a comprehensive code of business ethics.
