| 摘 要： | 财政投资体制和拨款制度一直是制约我国新建行业本科院校发展的主要瓶颈,本文结合新制度经济学中的有限理性假设和制度变迁理论,探讨新建行业本科院校投资体制的未来变革的相关影响因素和变革的时滞,并提出相关对策建议。
