| 摘 要： | 技术进步与制度变迁具有紧密的互动关系。技术进步是在特定的制度环境中的活动,要受制度安排的影响;而技术进步对制度变迁具有普遍性影响。在我国经济发展中,尤其是高新技术产业发展中,既不能忽视技术进步,更应该强调制度创新与制度变迁的作用。
