摘    要:网络舆情的迅猛发展使得政府和企业越来越重视网络舆情的研究。现今网络舆情研究侧重于宏观政治层面,从企业角度开展的微观研究则很少。本文从企业网络舆情应对能力的视角开展研究,希望能够提升我国企业应对网络舆情的能力,进而促进企业的稳定与长远发展。

Abstract:The rapid development of network public sentiment has drawn more and more attention from the government as well as businesses. However,up to now much of the study of network public sentiment is on the macro-political level and little has been done from the perspective of enterprises. We hope to improve businesses' response capacity to the network public sentiment,and promote the stability and long-term development of enterprises.
