| Abstract: | The faults in the purchasing contractor management of our army are analyzed in this paper, and accordingly a new contractor management pattern is brought forward based on the logistics supply chain theory, then actualizing steps and the practical meaning of the contractor management based on the logistics supplying chain theory are explored. |
