| 摘 要： | 民族饮食文化是珍贵的人文旅游资源,以发扬民族饮食文化为主旨,充分利用民族饮食资源,将民族饮食文化与旅游相结合,不但可以增加旅游产品的文化内涵和文化特色,提升民族文化的经济价值,还能推动经济和文化产业发展.广西在开发民族饮食文化时要注重规划、加大宣传、保持特色,建立美食地标,做大做强广西民族文化产业.

| Abstract: | National food culture is the treasure of humanities travel resource.Combining national food culture and tourism together can not only improve the culture of tourism,but also improve the economic value of national culture.To develop national food culture,Guangxi government should make good plans,increase the cost of advertisement,keep the local national culture character,and build up the representative street of restaurants. |
