| 摘 要： | 矿井建设的成本是矿井建设管理的重要指标,投资控制是其管理的中心任务.本文阐述了如何使矿井建设在预定时间预定质量的前提下,充分采用经济、技术、组织等措施,以尽可能少的劳动消耗,实现预定的目标成本.
