服务型领导的跨文化研究及对中国的启示

服务型领导的提出和研究开始于北美文化圈,随着近年来服务型领导研究的深入推进,服务型领导的跨文化研究方兴未艾。通过对北美文化之外的亚洲、非洲、拉丁美洲、大洋洲等地区的服务型领导研究进行梳理和总结后发现,学者们对服务型领导的跨文化适应性、融合性、有效性等进行了深入探讨和研究,同时也发现服务型领导在保持其原本特色之外,也深深地打上了地区社会文化烙印。在此基础上总结了服务型领导研究对中国的启示。

An Cross-culture Study on the Servant Leadership and Its Enlightenment for China

Servant leadership was firstly proposed and studied in North American culture background. Its cross-cultural research is in the ascendant along with the research development of servant leadership in recent years. After analyzing and summarizing literatures on the servant leadership studied in Asia,Africa,Latin America and Oceania which are outside of the North America culture background,authors found that the researchers have studied the adaptability,fusion and effectiveness of the servant leadership in these cultures thoroughly. Meanwhile,servant leadership does not only maintain its original characteristics but also has been marked by the local social cultural deeply. Then,authors summarized the enlightenment to China＇s servant leadership research.
