促进就业的积极劳动力市场政策研究

就业是民生之本,扎实积极的推进就业工作,对社会经济和人民生活都具有重大意义。欧盟国家实施积极劳动力市场政策,创造了＂就业奇迹＂,被证明是促进就业的一条有效路径。近十年来,我国实施了一系列积极劳动力市场政策,在促进就业和再就业方面起到了明显的作用,但也存在一些不足。为此,文章针对积极劳动力市场政策实施过程中存在的一系列问题提出了加大政策宣传力度,增加财政资金投入、优化资金支出结构,完善公共就业服务和加强就业培训等措施,以期积极劳动力市场政策能更好的促进就业。

Study on Active Labor Market Policies of Promoting Employment

Employment is the Thing. Promoting employment solidly is great significance for economic and social life of the people. EU countries implemented active labor market policies,created the ＂ employment miracle＂,proved to be a valid path for promoting employment. Over the past decade,we implemented a series of active labor market policies,which have played a significant role for promoting employment and reemployment,but there are also some disadvantages. To this end,dealing with a series of problems existing in the process of active labor market policies,this thesis propose a series of measures of strengthening policy advocacy efforts,increasing financial investment,optimizing capital expenditure structure,improving the public employment service and strengthening employment training in order to better promote employment.
