甘肃省服务业发展形势分析与预测

目前,甘肃服务业产值稳步增长,发展水平不断提高,结构逐步优化,重点行业发展势头良好,成为劳动力就业的主要行业。但同时,服务业发展过程中存在着内部结构不合理、现代服务业发展相对滞后,市场化水平低,现行制度和体制不适应服务业发展的要求及人才短缺等问题。文章在分析甘肃服务业发展现状的基础上对甘肃服务业未来发展做出展望和预测,并针对甘肃报务业发展存在的问题,提出了转变理念重视服务业、优化服务业发展环境和内部结构、加速推进服务业市场化进程等政策建议。

Analysis and Prediction on the Development of the Service Industry of Gansu Province

In 2012,the service industry became the major industry of labor employment in Gansu province. Its output value steadily increased,the development level constantly improved,and the structure optimized gradually and key professions maintained sound development momentum. Nevertheless,in the mean time,the development of service industry in Gansu province still has some problems,such as the unreasonable structure of the inner industry,the lagged development of modern service industry,the low market level,the lack of the talent as well as the contradiction between the current system and the requirement of the service industry＇s development. Based on the current development situation,this paper makes prospects and forecasts about the future development of the service industry in Gansu province. And in allusion to the problems which the development of the service industry in Gansu province have,the paper puts forward some policy proposals that we should change concepts in attaching great importance to the service industry,optimize the inner structure as well as the development situation of the service industry,and speed up the process of the service industry＇s marketization.
