| Abstract: | Basing on the analysis of the central and local government regulations on floating population, this paper describes the process of the urban market's attitudes toward the urban in -migrants of rural labor force which is from refusal to acceptance. Although it is necessary to reform the old employment system, we should be fully aware of the difficulties of the processes. |
