| 摘 要： | 土地是整个国民经济和社会发展的宝贵资源和主要的生产要素，是经济发展重要的物质基础。在充满挑战与机遇的21世纪，如何实现土地的可持续利用关系到我国的经济发展和社会稳定。以科学发展观的基本内涵为基础，通过对可持续发展思想基本内涵的理解，对土地资源的可持续性利用问题进行分析，并就如何以科学发展观来指导持续的土地资源利用问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Land is the most important productive factor in the development of society and economy.In the 21st century, full of challenges and opportunities, realization of the sustainable development of land resource concerns the development and stability of society. This paper attempts to further understanding the meanings of sustainable development, and then analyze the sustainable use of land, coming up with some suggestions for the sustainable use of land resource. |
