| 摘 要： | 针对目前江苏省泰州市经济社会发展和水利建设水平已经具备加快城河建设条件的现状,提出要从泰州市经济社会发展的战略高度,将泰州市城河规划纳入泰州市经济社会协调发展规划,与城市规划紧密结合,将城河建设纳入城市水系整治建设,目的是通过科学的治理,全面提升泰州市城河集聚人气的巨大魅力,使泰州市城河成为泰州人近水休闲的好去处。
