| 摘 要： | 阐述移民项目销号的意义和目的,结合三峡工程实际,分析并研究了移民项目销号的定义、内容、原则、对象、条件、程序及管理,提出高度重视,加强领导,全力推进移民项目销号工作;加强宣传和思想教育工作,消除移民思想顾虑;尽快制定、出台移民项目销号管理办法;严明纪律,确保移民项目销号质量;及时研究和解决移民项目销号的资金缺口问题。
