| 摘 要： | 财务风险是威胁企业生存的重要因素之一。研究财务风险及其预警具有非常重要的理论和现实意义,国内外学者做了很多有益探索。本文在总结这些探索基础上,提出经济附加值(EVA)预警模型,以期对企业财务风险预警有一定指导作用。

| Abstract: | Financial risk is one of the important threats to enterprise's survival, so the research of financial risk and it's pre-warning system have great meaning in theory and reality. Many scholars have done wonderful works. Based on summarizing their works, the writer puts forward a model of EVA pre-warning system, and expects it will be useful in the financial risk pre-warning. |
