| 摘 要： | 理想教育层次性，包括理想教育目标、理想教育对象、理想教育内容和理想教育过程的层次性。理想教育应该体现层次性，而忽视理想教育的层次性是教育效果差的重要原因。注意理想教育的层次性，循序渐进开展大学生理想教育，是提高教育效果的有效措施。
