| 摘 要： | 电子商务、经济全球化及科技的不断创新等,使企业所处的经济环境发生了许多根本性的变化,工业经济时代的管理理念、管理方法、管理模式已难以适应知识经济时代的企业运作。统合管理能提升企业资源配置的有效性、最大限度地降低企业的财务风险、降低生产成本,从而最大限度地实现企业的财务目标。

| Abstract: | The enterprise environment has been changed in many basic fields due to the appearance of Electronic Commerce,the growing globalized economy trend and the continuing technological innovation.The managerial concept,methods and patterns in the industrial-economic era are not suitable any more to manage the enterprise in the new knowledge-economy era.Therefore,the writer creates a brand-new management pattern: synergy-management.The pattern can help enterprises to reach their finance target maximally with the resource allocation efficiency,financial risks reduction and cost reduction. |
