摘    要:招标人在资格预审期间可根据拟建工程特点,针对性地设置较为全面的评价指标,以便更为详细的了解潜在投标人的真实状况。通过引入多元统计中的主成分分析思想,避免了因评价指标较多而引起的分析问题的复杂性,并且根据各潜在投标人主成分的得分,可以发现各投标人的优劣势所在,方便了招标人针对项目特点合理地选择投标人。

Abstract:In order to further understand the real condition of bidders,the tenderer in pre-qualification period should set the overall evaluation according to the characteristics of engineering. Through the introduction of multivariate statistical analysis of main component,this method avoids analysis of the problems complexity caused by many of evaluation index,and finds weakness the potential bids according to the composition all bidders,this mothed shoule help tenderer to reasonably select bidders.
