| 摘 要： | 本文依据现代产业竞争理论,运用“钻石体系”,即生产要素,需求条件,企业结构与同业竞争,相关产业和支持产业的表现四个要素,以及对该四要素会产生重大影响的机会与政府两大因素,对北京市产业集群发展环境的优势与劣势进行研究,提出优化北京产业发展环境的途径与对策。
