论科层制与学习型组织的相容性

摘    要:科层制是现代组织尤其是现代企业组织的基本架构 ,它为所有企业的发展作出了极其重要的贡献。但自学习型组织理论提出以后 ,许多人认为科层制已经完成了历史使命 ,应该让位于新的组织模型。但这种新型的组织模式的结构特征 ,至今没有定论。其实科层制是一个弹性很大的框架 ,它经历了上百年的演变 ,有着极强的适应性 ,它完全可以与学习型组织相容从而既提高组织的灵活性又保持相对的稳定性。

ON THE INTEGRATION OF BUREAUCRACY & LEARNING ORGANIZATION
Abstract:Bureaucracy is the fundamental structure of modern organization especially of modern firms,and it has played a very important role in the course of firm's development.Lots of people think it should give its place to some new organizational model since the Theory of Learning Organization was formed,because it has finished its historic comittenment.However,it has not complied with what model the new organization be.In fact,bureaucracy is a flexible structure,and has been evolutioning for centuries,it becomes very adaptive,so it can commondate with the Learning Organization,thus organization becomes flexible while it remains developing stability.
