论法官的司法良知——兼论对法官自由裁量权滥用的控制

司法自由裁量权给法官的审判留下了很大的空间，如果这种裁量权不能得到很好的控制会直接导致司法腐败，损害司法权威。法官作为法律的适用者，其品质决定了裁判的品质。要实现“司法公正，一心为民”的目标，必须加强法官队伍的良心建设，是法官真正成为社会正义的守护神。

As the master who direct the law, the character of the judge decide the judgement. In to finsh the mask jurisdiction is just and only for the people ,we must construct the consciences of the judges, and make them the god who guard the judicial justice.
