Abstract:Promotion is an important content of human-resource management of the enterprise.But which is neglected by people in recent years.The development of promotion mechanism has lagged behind to enterprise's mechanism seriously,haven't satisfied the problem of resolving persons of the modern enterprise mechanism.So this text reviews the research direction or the present condition of the promotion theory recently at first.Secondly on this basis points out the drawback of traditional promotion mechanism by the simple game-analysis.Finally puts forward to the measure of complete promotion mechanism.
