科技进步对居民消费增长的影响

依据科技进步与居民消费行为的内在机理，构建2001--2010年全国31个省（市、自治区）的面板数据模型，分析科技进步对全国及不同区域居民消费增长的影响。研究发现：科技进步对居民消费增长均产生显著的正向影响。同时，科技进步的消费释放效应呈现中部最大、西部最小、东部居中的格局。通过多种举措加大R＆D经费内部支出，运用新技术推动消费品产业的发展，注重对西部地区“瓶颈”产业的技术政策扶持，成为拉动居民消费增长的现实路径。

The Progress of Science and Technology Effcfs on Resident's Consnmption Grouth

According to the inner mechanism of the progress of science and technology and consumer behaviors, constructing the 2001-2010 national panel data model on 31 provinces （municipalities and autonomous regions）, this paper analyzes the influence on the residents consumption growth of the national scope and different regions by the progress of science and technology. The study found that： the progress of science and technology on the residents consumption growth is significant and positive influence. Meanwhile, the consumption release effect on the progress of science and technology has significant regional differences and the influence degree of the central region is the largest, followed by the eastern region and the western region. Taking a variety of measures increasing the internal spending of R＆D funds, using new technology to promote the development of the consumer goods industry, solving the ＂bottleneck＂ industrial technology policy issues on the western region, become the reality growth path of improving the income level of residents and pulling the residents consumption.
