| 摘 要： | 为适应市场经济发展的需要,在我国企业集团运作模式不断涌现,企业集团的财务管理已成为其共性问题。对企业集团财务管理的主要特征、组织结构、基本原则、层次划分以及管理内容进行了探讨,指出企业集团实行集成化财务管理是现代化企业的必然选择。
